Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all premium subscriptions on Futur Expert (futurexpert.in) processed through Razorpay.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• If you haven't used any premium features, full refund will be issued
• Partial usage may qualify for a prorated refund at our discretion

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@futurexpert.in with your registered email and transaction ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable

• Requests made after 7 days of purchase
• 1-on-1 counselling sessions already completed
• Subscriptions used beyond 50% of the billing period

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
